Had a university account now its gone? Can they be recovered?

Hi,

I was a graduate of OSU in 2020, During that time OSU had a system that was on your platform called BuckeyeBox. I had numerous files from my work throughout graduate school, and it was linked to my home PC so I could access the files from home. After I graduated, they killed the service and my account went up in smoke with very little warning. I am trying to recover these files now. I am unsure if they exist somewhere on a server, but I did a small amount of digging on my PC and found the cache folder in my .../AppData/Local/Box/Box/ file location and it is filled with files that look like they are encrypted. (See Attachment) Is there any way to recover these?
