Cannot upload files to Box

I cannot upload files to Box and keep receiving the below error message. I was able to upload files around 2 weeks ago but then suddenly it has changed.
I did check my account settings (permission, role etc.) and everything seems to be fine. All the folders I am trying to upload the files to are shared with me and my role is an editor.
Can you please look into that?

Good day Rona,
I did check all of the points from the provided article and everything is good on my side. I also did contact my IT department and they confirmed everything works fine on my side. My colleagues within the same permissions (within the same company) are able to upload the files into these folders without any issues so it must be something related to my account. Can you please check on that? Maybe there was some trial time connected to my account and I am no longer able to upload the files? Thanks in advance for getting back to me.
