HTTP ERROR 404

 

How can i fix this?

  Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to assist! 

  Looks like this isn't the correct URL if you're trying access this Box content through shared link. Can you get back to the owner/sender and have them to get the file/folder shared link this way: 

  • Log in to the Box website > hover over to the file/folder and click the chain icon to create and copy Shared Link. 

  Hope it works!
