社外コラボアカウントの二要素認証について

お世話になっております。
スカパーJSAT　大熊と申します。

社外コラボ用アカウントの二要素認証につきましては問い合わせさせていただきます。

先日社内担当者にてアカウントを作成していただきましたが、パスワード入力は出来ますのでAuthenticatorでの二要素認証要求が届かない現象が発生しております。

パスワード入力後にAuthenticatorでの二要素認証要求の再設定手順のご教授をお願いいたします。

  問い合わせさせていただいた件ですが、再度ログイン画面よりログインを実施した所二要素認証画面の設定ができましたので本件はクローズでお願いいたします。
