Cannot see files I uploaded to a folder shared with me

Box as a data room for a transaction we are working on. A box folder was set up by our investment bank and shared with us. We have editor privileges. I was previously able to upload and view files with no issues. Today I went into the shared folder and I cannot see or access any of the files uploaded. Our counterparts at the investment bank have no issues on their end.

  Are the files inaccessible with an error message, if you do please attach a screenshot or these files are missing?
