Cannot open Files on my Box

Been a frustrating few days

I have a mac

Box is installed on my finder window and I add files via my folder directly then to box. 

However I cannot open any folders on my box finder window and nothing new is being uploaded. 

Mac is up to date software wise also I have unsynced and resented box but nothing is happening..
