    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    You  may want to check with the affected user, (1) if she's correctly accessing the folder location where these missing files were successfully uploaded. (2) Confirm if she's accessing these files through her local Box folder or in box.com

    As the person who worked and uploaded these files, are you correctly seeing them through box.com
