Unable to Set my Password URGENT
回答済みI am trying to access files for my internship but it says I need to set a stronger password to access them but when I try to create a password it comes up with an error message. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, but it is still not working and I need to be able to access these documents. Please help!
Also, it won't let me submit any kind of ticket or make a call. Please help make this more user friendly!

Here's our pro tip in setting up strong password for your external collaboration.
- A "strong" password is a password of increased complexity. By default, Box does not require any specific level of complexity beyond the minimum number of characters.
- A “strong” password must contain more characters than the minimum allowed. We recommend including numbers, special characters, and a mix of upper- and lowercase letters, but these are not required – they just help increase key space.
- The criteria for a strong password for external collaborators is not related to the enterprise's password requirement settings but follows Box guidelines for strong passwords: using at least 8 characters, with either a combination of numbers, uppercase letters, or special characters (i.e. $#@&!).
- If an external collaborator already uses SSO to access Box, we consider that a strong password and do not require updating the password.

Hi,
I understand setting a stronger password but the issue is it wont let me set a password AT ALL. I have an account and when I click create a password it says there was a problem creating it. I don't know what to do. I've changed settings and tried everything and I have gotten ZERO help so far for my issue.
