I can't change my email

I want to change my email address to box-login with my personal box account.

So, I tried all kinds of ways but it didn't work to change my email address .

My try way for example,

Here's how:

1. Go to the user's profile (Initials)
2. Click Account Settings
2. Under Account tab, scroll down and find the following settings:

Click Link Personal Email.
Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
An email verification will be sent to the new address you entered. Click the verification link sent to your new the email to confirm.
Once your new email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".
After making your new email address your primary, you will then be able to remove the old email address.

when I was in Step

, my all email address was unsuccessful and caused the error "There was an error while trying to add ~~@~~.com to your account."

Someone else can help me to solve this problem?
