Unable to send Box Invitations to External Collaborators

I am the Co-owner of a folder in Box.
When I try to send out Box invitations to share this folder to external collaborators, 
I got this error message "Invitations could not be sent to the following people because collaboration is restricted to their enterprise's collaboration ".
but we already collaborate with the enterprise, and they edit and upload materials so far. It occurs all of mail list. 

Please help.
