Authenticator Code not working on new device

I have a new Windows laptop and iphone and I do noit have Google authenticator code to get onto box.com.  The password works but I need a QR or QR code to get them synced to Box.com.

Fortunately, I can log onto my MAC OS to Box.com.  That said, this is a poor way to handle getting on from new devices.  Having to contact you for this is annoying.
