Admin console is not available

I have recently signed up for the free plan of Box and have been trying to access the admin console to administer my account and settings. However, I cannot locate the admin console from my account and unable to access it.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your support in resolving this problem.

  Currently, Admin Console is an available feature for our Business Plans. And feel free to contact our Sales team (https://www.box.com/pricing/business) if account upgrade is in consideration.
