    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Looks like you can't edit a certain file in Box. Can you check your current permission in this file? 

    See here if your permission allows you to edit your Box file.

    Based on the link you showed me, I should have all the relevant permissions: I am the sole creator of the document. However, it does not work when I try to open it. All of my other documents are fine; this one is the only problematic one.

    I have edit access to files but am not able to edit them.
