Hello, my collaborator wasn't able to use the invitation link for some reason and has asked for the invitation email to be resent. Is this possible?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  Are you referring to a collaboration invite sent to this user? If yes, can you resend your invite and see how it goes? 

  Also, in accepting collaboration invite please have the user to log in to his/her Box account first prior to accepting the invite from email.
