I can't see Sign and FileRequest in folder options.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Please be informed that you must have a Box Business Plan account or higher to build a File Request form. Meanwhile, aren't you seeing the Box Sign icon in the left hand side of your screen using the Box website? If so, could you send me a screenshot and post it here?
