Uploads fail

I have been using box for years without issue. For the past two days I have been unable to upload files without a whole lot of hit and miss. Really killing my work process! 
I have been through the forum and found what sounds helpful but has proved fruitless. (Yes, I've tried all the suggestions and recommendations, no the files are not named with unacceptable characters, no there is no firewall issue, no the file sizes are not too large).

Nothing has changed on my end. Any ideas?
