Unable to update or create password

I have an account using google sign-in, and I need to access a folder shared with me asap. However, this folder requires a stronger password, and I cannot seem to create or update my password as an error message pops up every time I attempt doing so (see picture attached).

PLEASE HELP!

  Is there a solution for this issue? I have the same issue and am unable to download a file shared by one of our vendors.
