Box folder disappeared - Owner left amazon

Hello,

We're a vender of amazon, and our amazon contact set up a box folder, where we store everything for them. The owner of the folder left amazon, and the folder is now missing. Our other amazon contacts (who had access as well) cannot find the folder either. This means all our links are broken and years of work is missing. We have local copies of everything, of course, but is there any way to get the folder and all the files back? Not being an amazonian, I cannot submit support tickets or anything.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  We can't guarantee the retrieval of your missing files especially when the owner is no longer active on Box. Meanwhile, since you mentioned that you still have a local copy of these files. You may want to start over and create a new folder to re-upload these files on Box.
