Hi, I deleted my files yesterday and today, (16th and 17th of August 2023. If I start paying for subscription will you be able to recover these for me? Is it any subscription? They were deleted out of my trash. Thanks

  This feature is not retroactive and so we could only assist with your deleted files (off your trash) after your account upgrade. 

  Note: Please note that this recovery grace period does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
