Hy there i can see your post and i must say

    1. Clear Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause discrepancies in the reported size of your Box account. Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser to see if the size discrepancy persists.

    2. Check Trash and Deleted Files: Check if there are any large files in your trash or deleted items. These files might still be counted towards your account's size even though they're technically not part of your active storage.

    3. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, a simple page refresh can resolve display issues. Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Command + Shift + R (Mac) to perform a hard refresh of the Box page. MyAARPMedicare

    Thanks and regards

    Hi Alexandre,

    Welcome to Box Community!

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

    Thanks for posting!

    Hi Ann,

Sorry but the script didn't resolve the issue this time. The size indicated under "Storage (used/total)" in admin console is still 100 time bigger than the real one (and also file numbers in folders)...

Can you try again please ?

    thank you
