Can't access shared folder

I can't access a folder that was shared with me.  It does not show up in my folders.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  You might want to verify if the collaboration invite was sent to the same email address you're using  for your Box account. And if it's the case, please contact the owner and request for collaboration invite for the correct Box account.
