Box folder and file creation limits

1. Any limitations to number of folders/subfolders creation? Or it always limited to storage?

2. Any limitations to ownership of number of files/folder for any user? Can a user hold millions of files/folder. 

3. Any limitations to number of callouts per day for folder/file creation? We have a requirement to createdaround 80K folders/files. 

Please advise.
