    I work in a Non-profit NGO in Türkiye ; we are using box to facilitate our work. for the past month we have tried everything to fix the box problem. the main account is not accepting any credit card. when I have called the support number in the US. it says I should submit a ticket online. we cannot submit a ticket because the minute we log in. the page changes to update your payment. This is becoming a nightmare. Blackboard UTSA

    You can clear your browser's cache and cookies. Try accessing the Box website again and see if it allows you to submit a support ticket. And disable any proxy or VPN services that might affect your access to the website.

    I have cleared the browser's cache and cookies. I even tried a different browser and a different device. We are not using any proxy or VPN service. I am still facing the problem.
