Can not upload files from the browser.
回答済み1) Could not log in the BOX if I have VPN connection (WFH)
2) If I logged in the BOX before connected to VPN, then yes, I can see the folders from the BOX; but I need to connect to the company's drive location to upload the file(s). If I did so, then it would not lead me to the files' location for me to select file.
Please help. I need to upload files to the box as a monthly process.

Since you've mentioned that you can access your Box folders without VPN on. We do believe the issue mainly comes from the current set up of the VPN allowlist and Proxies associated to your team members networks and computer setup. With this said, since we were able to determine the root cause to be associated to elements of the set up, we encourage you to work with your internal resources to pinpoint the exact causes.
