Box Drive Installation Error

Hi there, I've encounter this problem recently during box drive installation. What's the best solution for this?

My PC spec was Windows 11 64-Bit, all pre-requisition programs were installed.

  When installing Box Drive please make sure that you're using our updated installer from this page.

  Hi Rona, 

  That's the website I go to download the installer and it's in .msi format.
