How to retrieve all folders' collaborations within the enterprise

I'd like to retrieve all folders' collaborations within the enterprise via Box API (without having explicit ownership or collaboration permission)?

I'm using Custom App, Server-side authentication with Client Credentials Grant, the enterprise ID and the admin user.
