始めてboxを利用させていただいており、操作が不慣れな者です。

「ライセンス」と共有フォルダを使用する「ユーザー」の概念を誤解しており、

希望していたのが、一つのフォルダにアクセスできるユーザーが4名だったにもかかわらず、４ライセンスで申込をしてしまいました（enterprise月額プラン）。

残り３ライセンスが無駄になっているので、取消をお願いできないでしょうか？

登録の際の手順説明やマニュアルがどこにあるかが非常にわかりにくかったです。（未だにどこを見ればいいかよくわかりません）。非常に不親切な印象を受けています。何卒ご検討いただけないでしょうか。

1.今8ライスですが、最小の3ライセンスに変更したいですが手続きがわかりません。

2.月額請求で、使用月のみの支払いにしたいのですが、使用月以外の請求が来ました変更したいのですが、どのような手続きが必要でしょうか。
