Failing File Preview

Document preview is failing for certain file types (currently only tested .png). When downloading the file locally, the contents and preview appear are fine.

Issues have gone beyond just simple preview failures. All alerts monitoring our current integration with Box have fired, including, but not limited to Upload & Download failures.
