Hello,

I have been using Box drive on my PC without any problems, until last week ... suddenly stopped being able to see my box files in the file explorer. When I click on the box icon, nothing happens and I don't see my box files.

I have uninstalled the Box Drive program and downloaded the file (BoxDrive.msi) to install it again from the BOX website. When I run the file to install Box drive, I get the following message:

Service "Box Update Service" (BoxUpdateSvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

  Hey Box,

  Why cant you just post the solution here, other people with same issue can find it easily. Not having to go through your useless internal support.

  And if you want the solution, pay me $1000, I went through so much trouble to resolve your software dumb issue
