reactivation page problem
回答済みI am using Business Plus plan, and today I tried to log in to my account and a reactivation page appeared for me instead of logging in to my account. Activation via the browser did not succeed, and another message appeared to me asking me to contact you via billing email. For your information, I am committed to paying and there is no reason for you to do that. You don't even send any notice or anything like that.

I contacted you via this email and explained to you that I uploaded the content via external collaborators after one of your employees told me that each external collaborator can upload 2 terabytes per month, but you disabled my account, and not only that, but you prevented me from downloading my content. What is in the account, and is it not available for me to even access it? I have explained that here so that people know not to subscribe to you if they are afraid of losing their storage capacity and so that they do not trust the recommendations of your employees, which will cause your account to be disabled later.
