    I contacted you via this email and explained to you that I uploaded the content via external collaborators after one of your employees told me that each external collaborator can upload 2 terabytes per month, but you disabled my account, and not only that, but you prevented me from downloading my content. What is in the account, and is it not available for me to even access it? I have explained that here so that people know not to subscribe to you if they are afraid of losing their storage capacity and so that they do not trust the recommendations of your employees, which will cause your account to be disabled later.

    There are problems with Box, including the delay in responding to customers and they are not clear even in answering inquiries. In this problem, Box must reactivate your account because the problem occurred on their side from the beginning.
