Download file - Box Capture Video. File above Limit

Hi, I shot a video using box capture and it's about the upload limit. I need to download the file from box so that I can save it at a different location as box is not syncing it. Can someone please help me as to how I can retrieve the file from box drive?

  Please note that your ability to download files from Box is dependent to your current download limit. 

  The maximum file size limit for uploads/downloads to Box varies depending on your account type:

  • Free personal: 250 MB
  • Starter: 2 GB
  • Business: 5 GB
  • Business Plus: 15 GB
  • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
  • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

  You may consider upgrading your Box account to increase your download limit.

  I understand & know that. I'm trying to retrieve a file which is sitting in the transfer tab and not available anywhere else. If box cannot sync it I'm trying to retrieve it to my storage.
