Box Co -Authoring not working when PAM is enabled

We got a Privilege Access Manager system enabled for all computers and for some reason BOx-CoAuthoring in Box Drive is not working when we open Office 365 documents (Word, excel, etc..) What executable is running with Box-CoAuthoring so we can maybe elevate it in our PAM system? Thank you.
