2FA reset required

Hi - I am using Box with another email -  [redacted] However, my 2fa is completely messed up. It would not show up on my phone and there is no back up code to the account that I know of. I am not even able to post help on the forum without being able to sign in which is very frustrating. Can someone please help me with this issue?
