Support to Retrieve Deleted Box Files

I accidentally deleted all the files from a Box public folder on my desktop and now all the files are no longer appearing on the Box. Unfortunately, it  is also not appearing in my trash folder on Box.

How can I retrieve these files please?

  Note that we can only guarantee the retrieval of your files from the Box website. As your contents from your local Box folder may have not been uploaded on Box.com yet.
