all files are gone

Hello,

All of my files are gone. They are still in my search history but when I click on it, it brings me to an empty page.

Any suggestions?

  You don't own and collaborate on any files in your Box account. Looks like your access to the missing files you reported have ended. 

  You may reach out to the owner of these missing files instead.
