Can't complete the login 2-factor authentication

Our team member with ID 12711969864 can't complete the login 2-factor authentication. He gets either a blank page or an empty folder result. Eventually the app starts a 2-factor authentication routine that never gets past the 1st step. The user does get an SMS verification code with much delay but the app never presents a textbox to place the said code, remaining in the phone number stage.
