Storage showing full with nothing in there. Please help.

I have deleted everything from my storage, and also emptied the trash can. My storage is still showing as full days later despite it being visually empty.

Could I have some help with this please.

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

  In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
