Recover old files

Hi, back in 2012 I have uploaded my family library to Box but later I have deleted them about 2017. And then I have lost my laptop. Is it possible to recover those files?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Please note that Box stores files and folders you place in Trash for a certain period of time, that default period is 30 days. And I'm afraid we can no longer recover those files you're referring to.
