One of our users often has random files that are confirmed as being updated or created by another user but never sync to this users account.

 

SYMPTOMS

User can see changes in a browser
Finder sees some changes and new files but not others

SETUP
Mac Studio
OSX Ventura 13.6.1
Lastest version of box drive

 

Please treat this as urgent as it is crucial to our workflow for this user to see the correct version of files and folders.
