New User Not Receiving Email Notification

Hi. I have a specific user that cannot receive any emails related to box. I have reset his password numerous times and deleted him and re-added him 2-3 times now from scratch and yet he never receives any messages from box. He can receive all other emails, just not any related to box. Help please.
