Can not upload from browser
回答済みI am not able to make any uploads while onsite at work or while connected to vpn and working remotely. This is strange because other users within the building are able to but all my uploads fail. I ran the connection diagnostics tool and see that my uploads are failing to https://upload.app.box.com where as other users don't have that issue.
My IT has checked Firewall settings and do not see any blockage, me and the other users operate from the same Vlan as well. Not sure if this is some kind of external blockage? Would there be any way for you to check on your end?

Are you attempting to upload files in your own folder or just your collaborated folder? If it's the latter, can you check your permission?
Note: As a collaborator you can't upload files in a folder where you're a Viewer or Previewer.
Meanwhile, if it's your own folder you can't upload files with. Kindly send a screenshot of your error if there's any.
