Can't access shared files

I have an existing Box account where I can see old files.  A new party has shared files with me but when I click on their link it says "the page doesn't exist".  the person sharing says that I haven't "accepted the invite".  Can anyone help me out?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  Kindly verify the email address that was used to invite you to collaborate in the folder. Make sure that's the same email address linked to your existing Box account. 

  If not, please request for re-invite using the correct email address linked to your Box account.
