Storage misreporting full

Dear Box, My storage was misreported as full two days ago and I wrote to you. After you solved the problem today I started getting the same misreport again though I had deleted many files to free some space. Kind regards, Martun Hovhannisyan

  Can you make sure that the deleted contents are your own contents. We've run the script couple times and looks like they are returning the same results.
