Deleted folder and not available in trash

Hi. We had a problem with at least one of our folders. It simply disappeared (probably was deleted by mistake) from Box and does not appear in Trash.

We tried to access from different users and the problem remains.

What can we do to fix this?

  Same happen to me yesterday. Can you please help us solve it? Its a very urgent matter.

  Please be infromed that when your files/folders disappeared. We can only guarantee recovery if these files/folders are present from your trash.
