Hello, 

Someone provided me an invitation to join their folder via email. Upon joining, I'm unable to see the folder in my box. 

Please advise.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  No collaboated folders are listed under your Box account. You may want to reach out to the folder owner/the person who sends the invitation.

  This time make sure that they'll send the invite to your email address same as your email address linked to your Box account.
