Don't see my folders

I just logged out of an account and signed back again with another, should that cause trouble viewing folders? because can't see my folders. only few files

  Hi Mahmoud,

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  Looks like you do have two different Box accounts. If so, make sure that both accounts have access to the same folder(s). You may invite your alternate Box account as collaborator that way you would still be able to access the same folder(s).
