Box storage almost full though I deleted all contents

I deleted all contents and clear up the trash box but still spending 70% of the storage size.

I am confused and stuck now.

Could you please fix this asap?

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

  In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
