Link issues

I have created a document where I have embedded links.  But with  all the links I embedded that are a Box link non of them are available When I or anyone else click on it it says "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you."

I asked the link sender to send a new link, but experienced the same issue.

I have gone through and removed link expiration dates and am still experiencing this issue.  

 

I am stumped
