Unable to Access Box
完了One of our users is unable to access Box web. She was receiving an error message "ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR". I suggested she try another browser and then she gained access to login page but was prompted to reset password. She said she did this and still cannot gain access to site. I checked and her access is still showing as Active.
Her Box Drive is also unreachable. She can see the folders but gets an error message when she tries to open anything.
She is a part-time employee so hasn't accessed the site for approx. 1-month.
