Shuttle Migration Windows Agent Issues

I am trying to do a self migration using Shuttle.  I install the windows agent on my file server where i want to migrate files from.  The Agent Registers on the server and the service is running, however when i try to create an analyze job in the Box console, it says the agent is disconnected, specifically here is the error "

Windows app disconnected

The source file locations cannot be listed at this time because the windows app on Server01 is currently disconnected. Please reconnect the windows app.
